The Request:
AXA PPP healthcare (formerly PPP healthcare) is a member of the AXA Group, one of the world's leading insurance and investment management companies, and is one of the UK’s best known private medical insurance organisations.
AXA PPP healthcare wanted to find an outsourced solution to attract, manage, screen and select candidates to work as Personal Advisors within their Contact Centre, helping customers with their claims, enquiries and queries.
The Response:
AXA PPP healthcare has a reputation amongst their customers as a friendly, organised and efficient organisation to deal with. This reputation is largely due to the quality and knowledge of their customer focused staff – the voice of the organisation for customers. The advertising message needed to visually express a status above the typical projected ‘call centre’ recruitment role – a professional and highly important position requiring extensive training and knowledge development to assist customers across an extensive range of possible needs.
The copy development need to be forthright and bold, to remove the speculative applicant and attract the quality candidate. The established AXA PPP brand guidelines needed to be maintained throughout, and used in the best possible form for recruitment success.
